Considering buying Standard Tokenization Protocol? STPT Rundown

Standard Tokenization Protocol's STP Standard is an open-source standard which defines how tokenized assets can be generated, issued and sent. It also complies with all regulations. This protocol makes assets of any type fully compliant with all jurisdictions and transferable to any ERC20 platform.

Tokens that are built on top the STP Standard will use the protocol's Compliance Validator on-chain to verify compliance with applicable regulations (i.e. KYC, AML, Accreditation, etc.) As well as any other issuer-specific requirements (i.e. Ownership concentration, holding periods and voting. The Compliance Validator Committee will be an advisory committee to ensure that the Compliance Validator enforces the most current legislation at all times.

Onchain Compliance Validator (pictured below) is the main feature of this protocol. It has two major functions. Tokens that are securities under a particular region will be considered security tokens. Issuer Compliance is also possible. Investors cannot own more than 49% the remaining token supply. It must first ensure compliance to the laws in each jurisdiction as outlined in the protocol's codes. Second, it must adhere to all restrictions and parameters imposed by the issuer before asset issuance.

STP Token offerings allow you to conduct token offerings in a fully transparent and compliant manner. STP offerings combine features from public offerings (IPOs), token offering (ICOs), as well as blockchain-based smart contract programmingability. This provides benefits that were previously impossible.
