How to Buy Navcoin – 4 Easy Steps

1. Choose a crypto exchange

Finding a trading platform isn’t that hard. There are plenty of big players out there that have been around for quite some time.

This is where our comparison tables can help. The important factors to look for are fees, security, and if they have Navcoin of course.

2. Sign up with the crypto exchange

Signing up with any of the major exchanges is generally very easy. The initial sign up should be very fast, and even the verification processes are very well set up these days.

3. Fund your account

Next, you would need to fund your account with either fiat money (USD, AUD, GBP, CAD, etc) or another cryptocurrency like BTC or ETH. This process should again be straightforward and easily done using one of the bigger exchanges.

4. Buy Navcoin

Now that you have what you need to buy Navcoin, head over to the market or buy section of the cryptocurrency trading platform and buy some NAV.

If the crypto exchange doesn’t have any Navcoin on offer, for most cryptocurrencies you can buy Ethereum instead, transfer it to a decentralized exchange like Uniswap (check if Uniswap has Navcoin first), and trade your Ethereum for Navcoin.

Considering buying Navcoin? NAV Rundown

Navcoin was launched in 2014. It is an open-sourced cryptocurrency that offers fast, reliable payments and innovative privacy and technological features. Navcoin, an open-sourced digital currency, was launched in 2014. It offers fast and reliable payments with innovative technological and privacy features. Navcoin also launched wNAV which is a wrapped representation NAV that can be used within ecosystems like Ethereum or Binance smart chain (BSC).

To ensure fair and transparent distribution of the initial supply, Navcoin launched without premining nor an ICO. The project is a fully Decentralized autonomous Organization (DAO) and does not have a central decision-making authority, unlike many other projects. Participation is easy: anyone can simply stake NAV in their wallet and vote on any proposals from the community.

Navcoin's mission is to offer privacy-preserving solutions that enable people to express their financial views and transact the way they want. This led to the creation of xNAV, a privacy cryptocurrency based on decentralized, trustless and permissionless technologies.

xNAV was built on top the self-developed privacy protocol blsCT, which merges Boneh–Lynn–Shacham (BLS), Signatures (CT) and Confidential Transactionss (CT). BLS compresses signatures into one compact signature, which authenticates all transactions. CT is a privacy protocol that hides the amount of coins involved in transactions.

xNAV also ensures privacy through Stealth Addresses and public-key cryptography. Stealth Addresses, which are private addresses that protect the recipient of transactions, ensure total privacy. Dandelion++ is a communication mix protocol that breaks the connection between a message's source and its destination.

Using blsCT allows two xNAV transactions to be combined into one and transactions can also be aggregated infinitely many times. This allows Navcoin's network to scale efficiently and allow for large amounts of transactions. Users' transactions are also completely protected and cannot be traced. Anyone trying to track transactions through Navcoin's network will not be able to determine if a transaction is aggregated. Users can also merge their coins with others making transactions. Dandelion++ is used by a user's wallet to request coins anonymously from other nodes. These nodes will then be able to connect to each other and exchange coins using public-key cryptography. The sender can then randomly choose from the replies received several coins. These coins are then mixed with coins from the original user and sent to the network. This system provides true privacy and allows anyone who assists in the mixing-process by providing liquidity to earn a fee and generate passive income.

Combining these technologies, xNAV is a standout in privacy and scalability, allowing for large transactions to be carried out across the network, while keeping transactions anonymous and secure.
